How Does Setting Up My Wallet Work?

Every crypto hardware wallet sold by My Hardware Wallet comes sealed, straight from Ledger and TREZOR to us and then straight to you.

That means when you buy from us, you’ll be receiving your wallet’s official user manual as if you bought directly from the manufacturer.

These user manuals are very easy to understand and will guide you through every step of your hardware wallet’s set-up process.

Of course, if you want a little extra help, you can always check out excellent guides on YouTube for the TREZOR, the Ledger Nano S, and the Ledger Blue.

When it comes to hardware wallets, we will only ever deal directly with the manufacturer.

We’re licensed by these two hardware wallet titans to bring straight-from-the-manufacturer “pocket vaults” to the previously under-served crypto customers of the British Isles.

It’ll take a little longer to get your hardware wallet than it would for one of our U.K. customers, but we’ll get you taken care of. That’s a guarantee.

As the premier licensed online crypto hardware wallet shop in the UK, we rely on Royal Mail Signed For® 1st or 2nd Class for all our domestic deliveries.

You’ll decide at our checkout screen whether you want the 1st or 2nd class delivery option—the latter naturally being slightly more affordable—then you’ll log your address in, pay, and that’s that.

Royal Mail strive to deliver on the next working day after your purchase.
