Return and Refund Policy

My Hardware Wallet is unable to provide refunds on purchases that have already been posted.

Of course, if your hardware wallet gets damaged during the delivery process, or if it’s defective, please email us or call us right away.

We can offer refunds for confirmed orders that haven’t been posted yet. You’ll just have to contact us before your order posts and we’ll issue you a refund minus a 3% return fee.
